Hortus updated the 2.4 Known Issues list with several additions (see below):

General
• Players can be randomly ported into the wall or down into the Menagerie while taking control of a chess piece in Karazhan.

UI
• A cursor is not displayed when mousing over NPCs with repeatable quests from range.

Quests
• Completing “Fragmented Magic” does not teach the spell Polymorph: Pig.
• If you already have “Journeyman Riding”, you can’t learn “Summon Charger” or “Summon Dreadsteed” when quest complete.

Items
• Shadowsong Panther, a buff given by “Figurine - Shadowsong Panther“, fades prematurely.
• The ring of light from the Elder’s Moonstone does not last as long as the tooltip states.
• The Shattered Sun Pendant of Acumen’s Aldor proc, Light’s Wrath, is proccing off of all spells including crafting spells.
