It was reported as a bug that Tauren Druids (not all druids mind you only Horde ones) cannot cast the Cure Poison spell. They can however cast Abolish Poison and it has been classified as a known bug.

We have bugged this, but as for when it will be fixed, we have no ETA. I wouldn’t expect it to happen before the end of the First Qualification Round, not sure beyond that at this time either. (src)

I understand how this is a problem and a bug but with Abolish Poison still working I fail to see how this is crippling to Tauren Druids in the Arena Tournament.
