Spooncraft

People have been running into this issue since the patch where when they die, they cannot release spirit outside of an instance. Hortus gave a quick workaround you can do to beat the bug or you can wait until they fix it which should be with the next patch (2.4.2)

This is a known issue ( I just added it to the list) and will be fixed in an upcoming patch.

Until it is fixed you can use the following script command to release your sprit

/script RepopMe();

Or you can wait 6 minutes for you to auto-release. (src)
