New healing and mana potions have been added and appear to be straight up Arena potions. With the new debuff where you can only pot once per combat period I imagine it won’t be as much of an issue as most think.

Chances are that these are upgraded and new versions of the shoulder enchants dropped by Sapphiron (the frost wyrm boss) in Naxxramas.
