Ask Spooner: New Darkmoon in Wrath of the Lich King?

Bill here again, with yet another Wrath of The Lich King question!

I’ve always been a big fan of the Darkmoon Faire card decks, and I’ve tried looking around the various websites to see if we are getting any new decks, but I can’t seem to find any info.

Will WoTLK introduce any new card decks? Were there any in Beta?

My dear friend William, for once I cannot help you. I’ve been hunting the same information and sadly there’s not much to report. The most I’ve seen as far as “new” content for the Darkmoon cards are the inscription created decks that provide some pretty sweet gear but other than that, zilch.

Have faith though, I’m pretty damn sure that revamping the Darkmoon Fair is on their to do list after they get most of the content from Wrath under wraps. Remember that on Thursday there won’t be a single player giving much thought to the Darkmoon Fair when there’s an entire new continent to explore.
