If I had to describe Spooncraft in one sentence: It’s a site for unadulterated badasses and video games. We cover news, analysis, and opinion across all genres of gaming from MMORPGs to FPS to RTS games.

Since the site’s launch in February of 2008, we’ve established ourselves as a staggeringly fast growing source for complete, unbiased, and entertaining coverage of the World of Warcraft and other titles.

Spooncraft is run by a few select individuals, primarily Rick Suarez (better known as Spooner), who started it all. Rick has been an avid Blizzard fan and gamer for over 15 years and has been writing professionally for 10.  He enjoys bringing the latest news and information to the fans, but he also likes to discuss, debate and break down new additions and changes to retail games as well as Beta exclusives still under developmen

His wife, Misty McIntosh, also contributes various content to the site along with behind-the-scenes management duties including administrative and developmental tasks.

Spooncraft is a property of Sostre & Associates, a web design, development and consulting firm based in Miami, Florida.

The site is unofficial and in no way associated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment or any other game development company.
